Subscription Cancellation
MONTH-TO-MONTH SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
If you are not completely satisfied with your Ecocentric Mom Subscription Box, you can cancel and discontinue your monthly orders at any time.
In order to cancel before you are renewed for the next shipment, you need to cancel prior to the renewal date on the 10th of each month.
Cancelling your subscription is quick and easy! Just email us at support@ecocentricmom.com, let us know you'd like to cancel, and we will do all the heavy lifting for you! :)
IF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION HAS ALREADY RENEWED
If your membership has already renewed and you’d like to cancel an upcoming shipment, you must request a refund by the last day of the month to be eligible for a refund.
IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL PRIOR TO THE FIFTEENTH DAY OF A CALENDAR MONTH, YOU CANNOT BE REFUNDED FOR THAT MONTH’S SHIPMENT.
Please note: there is a 20% restocking/payment processing fee for all subscription orders that are cancelled. This charge is used to cover our fees incurred by processing electronic payments for your refund.
3, 6 & 12 MONTH SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
You may only cancel your subscription after the minimum number of boxes are sent. After the last box is sent, you must notify us with your request to cancel before the 9th of the month, otherwise your subscription will auto-renew with the discount.
If you are looking to end your subscription early, you may cancel and discontinue your monthly orders for a $25 cancellation fee. Please reach out to support@ecocentricmom.com and we will get the cancellation process started for you.
Please note, bundled subscriptions are paid in full and cannot be refunded.
SORRY – WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON BOXES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED.
THIS SUBSCRIPTION IS A SURPRISE BOX SO THAT’S A RISK YOU ARE AGREEING TO WHEN YOU SUBSCRIBE.
If you don’t like the box contents, then that is the perfect opportunity to gift some of the items to another Mama who would like them, friend or family member. But make sure you cancel your auto-renewal so you aren’t stuck with another shipment that’s not a good fit for you.
