SUBSCRIPTION & TRIMESTER BOX RETURNS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of whole subscription or trimester boxes or individual products in your box.

ECOCENTRIC SHOP RETURNS

Ecocentric Mom accepts returns of unopened shop merchandise within 30 days of purchase. In order to initiate a return, send an email to support@ecocentricmom.com. We will process your request and send you a return shipping label. After we receive the product back, we will process a refund to your card minus a 20% restocking fee and the cost of shipping.

Products that have been opened are not eligible for return.

Refund Policy

SORRY – WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON TRIMESTER OR SUBSCRIPTION BOXES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED.

Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases, unless there is an error on our part.

Refunds will be issued in the same manner they were received, and merchandise credit will be issued for defective/damaged subscription box contents. See below for more on 

SUBSCRIPTION BOXES ALREADY PROCESSED OR SHIPPED

While we do understand that our boxes are not a good fit for everyone, we do not offer refunds on subscription boxes that have already shipped. If you’re not a fan of the items you received, we suggest gifting them forward to a Mama you think would like the items, or consider donating the items to a single Mom, shelter, etc.

MONTH-TO-MONTH SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS

Month-to-Month Subscription box orders that have been placed, but not yet processed for shipping, can be cancelled or modified. Please make sure you cancel your auto-renewal so you aren’t stuck with another shipment that’s not a good fit for you. See our cancellation policy here.

Please note: there is a 20% restocking/payment processing fee for all subscription orders that are not cancelled before renewal. This charge is used to cover our fees incurred by processing electronic payments for your refund.

PREPAID / GIFT SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS

If your subscription box is part of a 3, 6, 9 or 12 month subscription, we unfortunately do not offer refunds due to someone not liking the box contents. As a small business, it is too costly to refund any prepaid subscriptions. We can cancel all future shipments, but we cannot refund. We suggest paying the box forward to another eco-Mama who is in need of some pampering!

WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE WHAT'S IN MY SUBSCRIPTION BOX?

If for some reason you don’t like what’s inside your subscription box, pay it forward to another Mama you think might! Unfortunately, we cannot honor returns or give refunds simply due to personal preferences.

TRIMESTER BOXES ALREADY PROCESSED/SHIPPED

Unfortunately, we cannot refund trimester boxes that have already been processed for shipping.

TRIMESTER BOX REFUNDS

Trimester Gift Box and shop orders that have been placed, but not yet processed for shipping can be cancelled or modified.

REFUND TIMELINE

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of emailing us your refund request. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return to our warehouse, time to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
